To purchase a mybrand.ie product you must register your details by following the links at the top of the website. the main reason for this is to assure us that you are of the age of 18 or over and by doing this you are effectively confirming this to us. We at mybrand.ie do not advocate the selling to minors and will under no circumstances be involved in the selling to minors, we hope you understand the importance of this issue and simply follow the links to start a healthier cleaner lifestyle.

Step 1.

Please be advised, for the reasons of security, all starter packs and cartridges either small amounts or large will be sent to you by means of registered post. As the product and cartridges contains Nicotine no other means of delivery will be accepted. With any registered post you will be required to sign for your delivery so please be advised that someone will need to be at home to sign, or your product will be brought back to your local sorting office. If a package is returned to us, you the customer will be charged for the costs of re-delivering. The smaller items such as single batteries, single atomisers, car chargers and all other mybrand.ie products that do not contain Nicotine will be delivered by standard post and a signature will not be required. The prices quoted above are An Post prices at the current time.


Step 2.

All delivery rates are calculated on a per weight basis so when you place your order we will automatically include the total price when you complete your delivery address details at the checkout, please be advised that you will be required to register your details before making an order to confirm to us that you are of the age of 18 or over. mybrand.ie do not charge a handling fee.


Step 3.

Mybrand.ie will do its best to dispatch all orders received and paid for before 3pm on the day of order (Monday to Friday). Orders received over the weekend will be packed and ready to be dispatched on the following Monday due to An posts working arrangements.


Step 4.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your order details along with an order ID and total price paid. We have set up this ID to indicate the date, year and time your order was placed therefore giving you a total record of your transaction with us. Once your order has been dispatched you will then be emailed a tracking number so you can personally track your order online,this will only be the case for orders sent by means of registered post or express with signature as standard post does not have a tracking facility available. Please be advised that with standard post it may take up to three working days for delivery, this will also depend on location etc. Please also be advised that with registered post it is not always guaranteed to get to you the very next day, that is why we have included an express with signature option. If you chose the express with signature option bear in mind that again with starter packs and cartridges you will be charged extra due to a signature being required, We have listed the prices above to include this.


Step 5.

All our payments are processed by Realex payments which is a secure payment option. You do not need a Realex account to use this system, you can pay with your Credit Card or Laser Card. Simply follow the instructions once you get to the checkout page. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
